Very rude personnel, perhaps the worst experience in the wider Kortrijk region. Too bad there is no 0 star rating.
Kids love it.
Fun for the kids, but the noise they bring kills it for the adults…
It was really awful. The people that work here are really rude. They have rules that you have to follow. But if by mistake you misanderstand something they make you feel terrible. In the same area you have to pay for a few activities. My problem was how rude they were. I don’t have really a problem to follow rules. My problem is how someone react in case you made something else than their policy.
